I'm not sure how they do it, but this spot is slam-packed fast paced whenever (people basically knocking each other right down to get in the doorway) I've been there, yet the food continues to be tasty and the support is rapid and spot-on. The lamb souvlaki is cooked completely...still pink while in the mid.
